If you’re buying multiple snoods off a place such as eBay than you can take advantage of multiple purchase discounts.  Because men’s snoods cost so little (£5), you can usually find a bargain and pick up 5 snoods for £20.  You can then either give away the extra snoods as presents or just keep them as a spare.

Why Buy Men’s Snoods?

Men snoods are extremely useful for keeping you warm during the Winter oreven just make a good fashion accessory.  Men snoods also make really great birthday or Christmas presents.

Just like a scarf, they are made of a fabric or knitted material that forms a ring around the neck and keeps your warm and protected from the wind.

The advantage of buying a snood over a scarf is that they are more hassle free and cheaper.  Unlike a scarf, which you have to wrap around your neck, a snood simply fits around your neck and has no loose ends.  In order to put on a snood, you just need to put it over your head and pull it down to your neck.

Some men’s snoods can also double up as a balaclava, which makes them far more practical and versatile than an ordinary scarf.  For example, if it’s really cold than you can put part of the snood to cover your face and head (showing a gap where your eyes are), with the other part of the snood covering your neck.  If you get too warm than you can pull it back down so it’s only covering your neck.

What can you use Snoods for?

Snoods are primarily used to keep your warm.  This makes them perfect for a number of outdoor activities including walking, jogging, football, skiing, hiking and other hobbies.

I think the best time to wear a snood is when you’re skiing and snowboarding.  Snoods became really practical here because you can easily take them off when you want, pull them down, or put them in your back.  You can also use them to cover your mouth when you’re at the top of the mountains to keep you extra warm.
